Resumen

En el presente artículo se analiza el marco teórico y empírico para la estimación de los sistemas de demanda de consumo. Incluye una extensa revisión bibliográfica sobre las principales aportaciones que se han realiado en el campo de la especificación de las funciones de demanda, el enfoque dual, propiedades de las demandas de Marshall y de Hicks, los sistemas de demanda y las denominadas formas funcionales flexibles
